We bake our breads fresh daily for you. All our products are made from scratch and hand rolled and formed. Quantities are limited due to this. The quality of our bread and baked goods is a direct result of the local ingredients we use. Please check out the Find Out More Tab for more information.
Our version of this classic Central New York favorite. This bread is enhanced with a pre-ferment for a delicate crumb and flavor. (V)
Our demi-baguette is pre-fermented with a poolish for added flavor and topped with Syracuse Salt Company Flake Salt. (V)
Our Sandwich Loaf is enhanced with a sourdough pre-ferment for added flavor and sliced (V)
This loaf is long fermented. Made with local Red Fife flour from Gianforte Farm as well as local flake salt from Syracuse Salt Company (V)
Bakers Choice. Varietal and seasonal sourdough loaves that change weekly.
Airy and light in texture. Seasoned with Fresh Rosemary and topped with local flake salt. (V)
