We do not offer gluten free breads or products. We are not a certified gluten free bakery and since we use wheat flour in our products, cross contamination would be inevitable. We use local Red Fife wheat in our sourdough and since it is minimally processed and freshly milled for us, many of our customers with gluten sensitivities state they can tolerate our sourdough bread.
